Since the mid 90s Condor-Commerce Ltd has successfully distributed fully completed construction product of extremely high quality. Key aspect of the development of the product is achieving the best combination of functionality and aesthetics, comfort and protection against the outside environment.

Condor-Commerce’s each building is waterproofed and thermally insulated with materials of the leading producers in Western Europe. An indispensible element is the decorative design of the façade in terms of colours and tiling.

Each apartment is fully completed – ready to live in. Finishing activities include flooring, painting of walls and ceilings, fully equipped bathroom and toilet. These finishing jobs are done by individual design for each client – colouring, arranging of tiles and parquet, installation of sanitary ceramics and accessories. The windows are produced in the company’s own factory.

High-quality five-chamber PVC profiles in different colours are used, a product of the German company LB Profile GmbH. Condor-Commerce Ltd is this company’s trade representative for Bulgaria. The interior doors are also produced in one of the company’s ancillary units. Only high-quality Bulgarian materials and modern designs are used. The apartments are equipped with an armour-plated entrance door providing a high level of protection against burglary.
